We do not claim ownership over your content. You can delete your content at any time. When you delete content, it will be removed from the platform, though copies may remain in our backup systems for a limited period.

ShowUsYourPets allows you to create profiles for your pets. When creating pet profiles, you agree to:

• Only create profiles for pets you own or care for
• Provide accurate information about your pet including breed, age, and health information
• Only post genuine photos of your own pet
• Not create fake or fictional pet profiles for the purpose of misleading other users

Pet profiles are subject to the same content and conduct rules as user accounts. We reserve the right to remove pet profiles that violate our community standards.

The ShowUsYourPets platform, including its design, logo, features, and original content created by us, is owned by ShowUsYourPets and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without express written permission.

The ShowUsYourPets name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ShowUsYourPets. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

If you believe any content on ShowUsYourPets infringes your copyright, please contact us with the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• The URL or location of the infringing content
• Your contact information
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your profile and content will be removed from public view, though some information may be retained in our systems as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Conduct that is harmful to other users, the platform, or third parties
• Extended periods of account inactivity

If your account is terminated for violations, you may not create a new account without our express permission. Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination.

ShowUsYourPets is a social platform and does not provide veterinary advice. Any health information shared on ShowUsYourPets is user-generated and should not be used as a substitute for professional veterinary consultation. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for your pet's health needs.
